Once it is in place, quickly run along the mast nearby until you reach the end. We’ll want to manipulate the wheel so that the counterweight is at its lowest possible position. This wheel will change the position of the hanging counterweight nearby and letting it go will have said counterweight slowly return to its original position, which means a timed puzzle.
